Built in the UK, this pass-through dishwasher combines powerful cleaning performance with innovative steam recovery technology, capturing exhaust steam and reusing the heat to improve energy efficiency while reducing humidity in the kitchen.

Designed for high-volume operations, the CP500SR can wash up to 720 plates per hour or operate as a glasswasher capable of cleaning up to 1000 glasses per hour. Flexible wash programmes of 1.5, 3, 5 and 7 minutes allow operators to match cycle times to different levels of soiling, ensuring excellent results across crockery, glassware and utensils.

The machine features an intuitive LCD control panel with digital temperature display, along with integrated detergent, rinse aid, drain and rinse booster pumps for dependable performance throughout service. Inside, dual filtration and Click-In & Out wash arms improve wash results while making daily cleaning and maintenance simple.

Thanks to its exhaust air heat recovery system, the CP500SR reduces steam emissions and may operate without mechanical extraction, helping create a more comfortable kitchen environment while lowering energy consumption.
